Franklyn D. Resort for teens

I've been checking the web for all inclusive spots that have entertainment for teens or teen clubs. The Franklyn D. Resort in Runaway Bay sounded like a great place. Has anyone had experience with this spot?

LuAnn;

Been there 3 times. It's a great spot.
But not really for kids over 12 - 14 IMHO. It's really geared more for younger kids. Nanny's are great, pool is ok. Beach is not really a beach but more of a "cove" for little kids. Food is very good for what it is. Accomodations are clean and large but simple. Runway Bay is a wonderful location.

For older kids you might check into
Beaches Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios.
Think it might be geared more for them.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Beaches Royal is totally upscale. Yes, it's for ages 18 & over but not really appropriate for teens INHO. Try Beaches Grande Sporte for 16 & older.

My kids are 14 and 15. So 16 and older may be too old. Any other spots? Doesn't necessarily need to be in Jamaica

Beaches Royal Plantation is the dream spot for romantic couples, but I think it would be a disaster for teens. We recently were there and saw 2 older teen sisters there with parents and they seemed pretty bored - as far as we could tell they were the only non-couple.

Ok.....sorry I stand corrected. I meant to suggest Beaches Grande Sporte.
Have fun!
