fly into st thomas or st john?

I am going to stay on St John, but the tickets are cheaper to St Thomas - what do people suggest?

You have no choice. There is no airport on St. John.

The ferry is quick and cheap.

The Westin has an arranged ferry which will transport you from St. Thomas.

no airport in st. john. the westin's ferry can get you from st. thomas to st. john and vice versa. It's $34/person/1-way or $68 round-trip/person. The fee includes unlimited trips to St. Thomas during your stay if you choose to spend the day on that island. The ferry ride is about 40 minutes. You need to alert the Westin you'll be using their service by calling them a few days before your trip.
