February Honeymoon
We're leaving from NYC and looking to travel to the Caribbean for our honeymoon. We're interested in St. Lucia, Turks & Caicos, Bermuda or Aruba (also open to suggestions). We'd like beautiful beaches, good food, some nightlife, etc, looking to spend $5,000 or so. We know this is the more pricey time of the year so open to spending a little more if necessary.

First off, Congrats!
That is a broad spectrum of Islands and all quite different. What specific things are looking to see/do on your honeymoon? What type of accomendations are you wanting. Hotel, boutique, villa, rental, All Inclusive?
Have not been to Bermuda, but I would think February would not be good weather wise.
St. Lucia is very tropical and lush. Roads are winding and curvy. Very spread out. Driving is not recommended. Beaches are a dark brown coarse sand. The water a deep blue. Snorkeling not very good. The main draw is sightseeing. You can also venture over to Martinque or St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Turks & Cacios is flat and scrubby. Grace Bay Beach has to be one of the most beautiful beaches out there. Sugar white sand and crystal clear water. Not much to do there except water related activites. No much for nightlife or shopping. You really need a car do get around to the various restaurants. People looking for a great beach and to do nothing but relax and chill, T & C is a good recommendation.
Aruba is very built up and Americanized. Some people think that is a huge negative. I am NOT one of them. We loved Aruba. The Palm Beach area has one side lined with hotels and across the street tons of resturants, bars, shopping and entertainment. The beach side has addtional bars and restaurants. That Island is also flat and scrubby. The public transportation is very good. The Eagle Beach area has smaller hotels more spread out.
If you interested, we have been to all of those Islands except Bermuda and several more plus Mexico numerous times. I have all our vacation pics posted. You might see something that interests you.

Congrats on your wedding!
If you are open to other islands, I think Antigua is a great destination for honeymoon. I have not been there in February so I cant comment on that. If you do travel to Antigua, you can choose to stay in an all-inclusive resort which helps to ease your planning (you dont want another hectic planning after planning for your wedding!). Grand Pineapple Beach Resort is a great option. I think they are having discounts currently. You can check out the website for more information (www.grandpineapple.com). I also know that there are other options such as villa rental (which may be more suitable for big groups) and hotels. So it is up to your likings.
Hope this helps!

Personally, for February in the Caribbean I prefer to head far enough south to be assured of warm weather. From your list that means St. Lucia or Aruba. Throw in Barbados as well. Barbados can be pricey so look for an air/hotel package. Regular Fodors poster bostonallison has a nice blog on her trip to Barbados that I had made note of for my own planning purposes even though I have vacationed on Barbados before:
