family vacation

Thinking about a family vacation----2 young children. Priorities are nice accomodations, beautiful ocean views, excellent beaches, good food, accessible snorkeling and, for the kids, a pool and possible kids' program. Night life not needed altho a little nighttime jazz is nice. Have been to Buccaneer ST. Croix and loved it---any other thoughts??? Thinking of Half Moon Jamaica----how is the beach??

Half Moon has at least 3 beaches...the one by the main hotel building is calm and shallow. Lots of activities on a HUGE property (200 acres or so...).

We have 3 kids ages 5, 3, 1

We will be going to Beaches Negril this week. Its the only one that provided group day care for the one year old. Our Lucaya in the Bahamas does as well

The rooms are all different. Half Moon has everything from huge villas to suites to rooms.

We didn't eat there...only stopped in periodically from our villa nearby.
