Expedia.com travel
 

Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with using Expedia.com for making travel plans? I am considering using Expedia.com to book an 8 day stay at Blue Waters Resort on Antigua and would like to hear any concerns.

I've used expedia several times (but never for travel outside of US) without any problems.
If you do a search you'll find many more opinions.

Thanks and I to have used Expedia for travel within the United States several times before but I was looking for thoughts or input on travel outside the States. This will be a pretty substantial amount of money and I would like to think that they are as reliable for travel outside the states as they are within. Also, I have researched this trip for right at a year now and Expedia has the lowest overall prices to date.

We used Expedia to book our holiday for this last summer. What I liked about them is that when the airline ( Emirates) tried to make a major change to our flight the day before the start of our holiday, they went all out to get it fixed. ( Emirates wanted us to come home a day early!!) The girl spent hours that day fighting our cause and managed to get us on a flight only a few hours AFTER our original return flight and also a hotel room for us to go to.
On the strength of that I would happily rebook with Expedia( and ask for the same employee!)
