email or fax or even phone for Grand Lido Sans Souci

I'm having trouble finding information on how to contact the GLSS directly so we can make the massage and restaurant reservations so many of you suggest we make in advance. Anyone with info on how best to do this? Our arrival isn't until Nov. 21, but figure this will make SURE we get what we want!

Thanks!
Steve

Don't know who suggested that you make massage and restaurant reservations in advance, but in most instances the Grand Lidos will not make these reservations for you before you arrive at the resort. What is usually suggested is that you make these reservations on the first day when you arrive at the resort. In my experience they have been willing to make a dinner reservation in advance for a special occasion such as an anniversary, but not reservations for other nights; and will only make spa appointments in advance for weddings. If you call 1-800-GOSUPER they should be able to give you contact information for GLSS.

I have all kinds of contact info for the Lidos, but I tried to arrange spa treatments when we were already on the island last month, but they would not allow it until we were actually at the resort. It is easy to get into the restaurants, and I think you will not have too much trouble getting your spa treatments if you book this stuff when you first arrive.

Hi Steve,
I leave on Friday for GLB and I just emailed my request for a massage as well as dinner plans. You should be able to go out to the website: www.super-clubs.com and there should be an email and/or phone number to call and book. Have fun.

That is not true. I haven't left yet and I have both reservations for a massage upon my arrival as well as dinner reservations in one of the restaurants. That was one of my first questions when I planned this trip. Email: www.superclubs.com or www.super-clubs.com. Good luck.
