Dual Citizenship

Hi, I plan on getting dual citizenship in Aruba and I need to know everything about it,
does it cost money, how old do you need to be, do they allow dual citizenship, do you have to travel there to get it, do you have to take a test, and all other info on it. Please Help.

if you've never been to aruba & know nothing about it - well i'm just curious - why do you want dual-citizenship?

You have to be born in Aruba and have at least one Aruban/Dutch parent to be entitled to obtain Aruban Citizenship. You can apply for a Dutch Passport only after living legally on the Island of Aruba as a resident for 10 years or more and you must be able to speak Dutch. The Queen of the Netherlands has to approve it, not Aruba.
