Drinking Water

My family and I leave for T & C (Provo) on Monday and have been told not to drink the water there. Does anyone know if this is true?

I used to live there and I have never heard that. I normally drank bottled just because I like it better, but restaurants serve tap water.

I drink the water there all the time, never had a problem with it. (I always get sick in Mexico and Dominican Republic though!)

How about in Nevis? My Brother in Law recently came back and the Doctor's think he "caught" a parasite?

Been going to Provo since 1994 and haven't had any problems whatsoever with the water. The island has a desalination plant and we've used the ice also, again, without any problems at all. Have fun and travel safely!

I just came back and had no problem with the water at all. I didn't think it tasted that good, but didn't get sick.
