Dominican Republic All-Inclusive Suggestions Please

A group of 19 year olds want to try an all-inclusive in the Dominican Republic. Last year they went to the Sierra Neuva Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta and loved it (naturally,
since it was a 5 star resort.) This year they want something special but have less money to spend. Any ideas for them would be greatly appreciated.

Try Casa del Mar near La Romana. Excellent beach, huge pool, good food.
Very good quality for the money.

Another vote for the Casa del Mar..we are returning this March. Last year we went to the Catalonia Bavaro...and as much as we loved it it was really sprawled out...and we think that the CDM gives you more foryour $$.. Go to...

We stayed at the Paradisus for a week, all inclusive. It was about $3200 for two people. Beach was incredible (one of the largest in the Carribean), you can walk for miles. Snorkeling was great and the villas or bungalows have a nice feel and are private. The buffet food was not great but the specialty restaraunts were good. Many Europeans (the Germans cut in the buffet lines and the men wear horrific bathing suits). Average ages are more middle to late thirties, couples and families.

Last year we stayed at Sierra Nuevo Vallarta and loved it too. We had teens and younger. The beach and food was not anything to brag about, but the service and entertainment were wonderful!! We are also interested in a resort that provides the same activities for kids in the DR. They had a blast but we decided to try another adventure. Any info would be helpful!!
