My wife and I (early 50's) did the swim with Dolphins program In Nassau,Bahamas two weeks ago. Expensive ($147 pp) but well worth the experience. The last part, when the Dolphin pushes you across the lagoon at 30 mph was awesome!!!

We went to Nassau last year and I was really looking forward to swimming with the dolphins. Unfortunately, upon arrival at our hotel, we were informed that all swim with the dolphins programs had been booked for months! I was disappointed but still able to do the close encounter, which was very cool and well worth the cost! The dolphins are so friendly. Bottom line, call your hotel NOW and book that program!!
