Does anyone know of good webistes regarding Jamaica/Caribbean in general?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good websites regarding Jamaica or the Caribbean in general, I would love to see some pictures of hotels or just sites in Jamaica or anywhere else for that matter, thanks.

I know that Jamaica in general is a dump, but I'm staying at a top-notch hotel, Half Moon, so I'm not too worried. Any info anyone has on Half Moon would be greatly appreciated, plus any more websites, thanks.

When are you going to Half Moon? I am thinking of a trip there next year for my 40th. We've been to Jamaica 17 times but never to Half Moon.

I will be going there within the next month, I am not coordinating the trip, so I do not know the exact dates, do you know anything about it or anyone who has been there?

You may be staying at a top-notch hotel, but don't leave the grounds. The have been a number of unreported tourist muggings and worse. I don't want to be an alarmist, but never let your guard down, travel with an escort, and don't venture into the cities.

Lucy,

For Halfmoon Resort please go to their website www.halfmoon.com.jm, I have been to Jamaica several times but have never stayed at Halfmoon but it looks very nice. We always stay at a Sandals resort but have often wonder what this resort would be like.

Now for Barry's comment, please go back to your other posting and just stay there, do not invade another posting as we are completely tired of your BS !

Don't worry, I didn't take Barry's comment to heart, however I am NOT planning to leave the grounds. Half Moon has everything I could ever want, a hospital, 7 places to eat, 53 pools, a shopping village, etc, etc.!
