Do we need Vaccinations?

We are travelling from the UK to cruise in the Caribbean with ports of call at Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios, Limon, Panama Canal, Cartegena and Cozumel. We hope to take tours at most of the stops, but are unsure what, if any, vacinations we may need before we travel. Can anyone offer any advice please?

I always make sure we are up to date on Tetanus....but that's about it (1 immunization every 7 years).

you can visit this site www.cdc.gov/travel/caribean.htm for more info

Agree with Sandyfeet. Always check. I doubt if you need anything for the places you are going to. When in port in SA and LA I would drink bottled beverages though and skip food from street vendors no matter how tempting the aroma may be.
