difference between ocho rios and montego bay
 

hi there, can someone tell me if the shopping is better or similar in montego bay to ocho rios? Does anyone know how much it costs to get a cab from the Radisson to downtown? Is there anything interesting to see in Montego Bay? Any info would be helpful! thanks!

Depends what you are shopping for. Both cities have cruise ship ports so there will be that jewelry-tshirt-gift stuff, and craft markets. <BR> <BR>What's interesting to you? MoBay has beaches, old great houses and plantations, rivers and waterfalls nearby, a lagoon that glows at night.... <BR> <BR>I've never been to Ochi so can't say about that. <BR> <BR>:) Liz

Personally I have stayed in Montego Bay and visited Ochio and Negril. Stay away form Montego. There is nothing really to see the beaches are the best in Negril and the shopping is best in Ocho. I did not feel safe in Montego Bay.<BR>

Kim is right The beaches and sunsets in Negril are to die for. MB is noisey and congested, also the airport is very noisey.
