Fly out to the Seychelles where Paul Turcotte on Praslin (Cote d'Or), a film/still shoot location finder and set up pro, can do it all for you and your crew. Even with a few palms here and there on Madeira and the islands off Tunisia, nothing European will come close.

No place in Europe resembles the Caribbean. Try the Pacific...Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.

'Tis true.
There is nothing in Europe that resembles the Caribbean.
Palms and beautiful mountain backdrops in Lugano, but very un-Caribbean looking.
South of France, Balaeric islands, Corsica, Capri, Greek isles....not a one looks like the Caribbean.

How about the little islands they have north of Norway ?
Island is a nice island also. Lots of palm trees and white sand beaches.
What movie are you working on ? Do you need any extras?

Film crews on tight budgets can often shoot far less expensively in Seychelles than in Caribbean itself. Which is why so many do (and I've shot in both areas). Not a case of misplaced geography at all...
