I came across this site, www.necibvi.com with a Culinary Arts Program offered by a US school (New England Culinary Institute) on the island of Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Seems like a beautiful place to learn a new skill, change careers or have my midlife crisis! Bring on the umbrella drinks!
