CuisanArt Resort in Anguilla, Advice

We are going to Anguilla for our honeymoon in early early november...booked a jr. suite at the CuisanArt Resort. Any feedback on the resort and beaches we should visit on the island. Should we rent a car?

Yes rent a car. Do the Spa at CuisanArt. Great beach. They serve sorbet to you at 4pm. Eat at their restaurant for lunch and dinner. Other great restaurants: Blanchards, Altamer, Trottoria Tramonte, Mangos, Straw Hat.
Go to the Dune Preserve right next door an listen to Bankie Banx. Go to Scilly Cay for "lunch" etc when they have live entertainment.
For more great info the web site at www.caribbean-on-line.com is where all the Angilaphiles hang out. You will get great arguments over Cap Jaluca vs CuisinArt. (both are exceptional).

There are 33+ beaches in Anguilla (take a look at www.news.ai -- there's a link at the top of the home page for beaches). Shoal Bay east has great beach bars; Meads Bay is spectacular; Junks Hole has excellent snorkeling as does Little Bay. Definitely rent a car -- cabs can be expensive & you can get a car for $215/week.

Definitely rent a car. The highlight of our trip to Anguilla was discovering one beach after another, just stumbling upon secluded coves, etc. If it is your honeymoon, I would suggest a special celebration dinner at Altamer and for a more relaxed atmosphere, Reggies. Have a wonderful time and congratulations on your impending wedding.

Just got back from 12 days in Anguilla and Cuisinart is a great hotel. We didn't stay there but visited a few times. Definitely rent a car. Preferably a 4 wheel drive type for the "unpaved" roads.
