Crib Rental on Vieques? Or UPS?

I am taking my 17 month old daughter to Vieques and the house we are renting does not have a crib. I know it's a LONG shot, but is there a place to rent cribs? Or do they have UPS shipping on the island, so we could ship a pack-n-play? Thanks in advance for any replies. :-)

Sorry I can't help you with the answer to that question but I too am planning a trip to San Juan and Vieques with my 21 month old son. Can you give me any tips about vieques with a toddler as a far as shallow beach swimming? How about accomodation. Anything you came across in your planning would be helpful - THNXS!

Hi, we leave next Thursday (1/26). When I get back, I can post a reply if that helps. Honestly, I haven't done a TON of research (which is very NOT me). My parents have been to PR 5+ times and have been to Vieques before so I'm following their lead. They haven't been there with a toddler though so I'm anxious to see how it all goes. :) This is actually our first "big" trip with our daughter.

I am sure she will have a blast! Our son loved the beach this summer - all you'll need is a couple of buckets and she'll be good to go! Good Luck! Definitely post when you come back and let me know how it goes.
Enjoy!

Yes, you can ship to Vieques via UPS or the US Postal Service.

If you have to take something, why not just check a 'pack-n-play' ? On our trip to PR last year my daughter slept on a variety of items, one being a futon (which she thought was great), as well as a mattress on the floor. I am sure this is a common request, perhaps they have something else that can be used ?
