Creative wedding gift ideas in Grand Cayman?

I'm trying to come up with a creative wedding gift for two friends getting married this month. They're heading to Grand Cayman for their honeymoon. My budget is $150 or less. I've never been to the Caymans so am pretty clueless here.

This couple (second marriage for both) is very down to Earth---the groom is happy with fast food, but the bride would probably like a little luxury here and there! I don't see giving them a gift certificate to a 5-star restaurant as I doubt they'll pack those kind of clothes.

They are both in their 40s and are both skateboarders (they chose Grand Cayman for its Black Pearl skatepark). I don't know where they're staying but I'm fairly sure it's within skating distance of the Black Pearl, which is part of Grand Harbour. Neither of them drink, so a Happy Hour bar cruise would be out. Both are adventurous as far as nature excursions. I don't know if they have any diving planned yet or not. I get the idea that neither would be into massage or other spa treatments (well, she might). Horse ride on the beach, maybe?

Hoping to surprise them with a unique, romantic gift that they will always remember. But what??

I just found out they'll be staying on the East End, which probably fits their personality (not into shopping, bars, nightlife, etc.).

They'll be on GC just four nights.

Give them a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers. Great fun!

on the east end they must be staying at either the reef or morrits. find out & call the resort's concierge and have them connect you with their photographer. contact photog and have a portrait(s) taken. or contact: www.davidwolfephotography.com or www.rebeccadavidson.com

A sunset cruise is also a great option. The Reef Resort (and probably Morrits too) offers one on a large sail boat that leaves from Kaibo Yacht Club near Rum Point.

There are also a few places that offer horseback riding on the beach. We went with Nikki's. It was very nice, but I think I would prefer the snorkel trip and/or sunset cruise.

Pure Art gallery, I'm not sure they have a website but it would be something they could keep for a lifetime to remember their trip.I'm sure you could purchase a gift certificate and they could go and buy a piece of local cayman art. I think a sunset sail cruise would be nice too.

You could do a gift certificate to Pure Art Gallery & Gifts (on South Church St. for over 21 yrs. specializing in LOCAL gifts, Cayman art...) so your friends can buy exactly what they like!!
