We have just returned from a our holiday in Barbados. We didnt stay at Club Rockley but we did drive to the resort and have a brief walk around.
The complex as you probably know is inland from the coast. The accomdation units are located over a wide area in very pleasant surroundings. From the outside they appear to be well maintained.
What struck me about the resort is that it is very much golf orientated. The whole complex appears to be built around the associated golf course. Indeed the first tee is immediately adjacent to the main building.
If you like golf you will probably love it. If you dont then you could find yourself thinking; what am I doing here?
If you want any other info on Barbados, let me know.

I have just returned from a 2-week holiday at Club Rockley (25th), where I also got married. I could not fault the resort or the staff. Bajans are the friendliest helpful people and we were both treated like royalty, in fact coming back to Britain is bit of a shock. The rooms were lovely and cleaned from top to bottom daily and the food was delicious.
I know nothing about golf and did not use the facilities but still had a wonderful time, there is also tennis and a gym none of which I used but they were there if required. From the main complex there is about a 5 minute walk to some of the rooms but there is a tram (a golf cart that continually drives around giving lifts) but to be quite honest walking 5 minutes in beautiful surroundings does not bother me.

If there is anything else that you would like to know please do not hesitate to email me. My email address is currently still under my maiden name of Copcutt.
