Now wait a second I stayed at the Hyatt and I loved it.

The grounds where amazingly beautiful and they have every watersport directly from the beach at the hotel (redsail sports). That is something huge to consider. You can snorkel, jetski, parasail, scuba, rent rafts (which is a must), dinner cruise etc etc. I did go over and check at the Westin and I didnt really feel it was worth the extra price. For the extra money I would rather stay at the Regency Club again at The Hyatt. You get a awesome continental breakfast, every morning, at noon-2:00 they serve homemade cookies and fancy iced teas. At 5:00-7:00 they serve hors deuvers and all the premium bar things your mini bar has but cost a fortune. Then from 7:00-9:00 they have after dinner drinks. I loved it! It did save us alot of money to have snacks always available. I also loved to have our own conceirge to make all of our reservations. There is also a second pool on the highway side which was never as crowded as the one close to the beach. Most people on the beach side dont know its there.

I didnt mind walking across the highway at all. We had the option for oceanfront suites and I wanted the breakfast and snacks.

I think the benefit of having all the activities right at your hotel, as well as the ferry to Rum Point docked there as well was something I valued more then an ocean view.

I am going to try to return as well in Feb. and I heard the weather is great. We went in Aug and it was hot but it was the best vacation I ever had. I cant wait to go back.

Any other questions just ask!
Have a great time whichever you choose
I am sure you will
