caribbean family reunion

Anyone have a suggestion for an affordable spot for a family reunion with children? We're trying to keep it under $1000/pp in early March. Anyone have a good experience with a condo or resort? We're not picky about the island and would rather have nicer accomodations for less than pick the most expensive island out there.
thanks,

The Sands, Royal West Indies or Ocean Clubs on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

Consider Isla Mujeres --a small island 10miles off Cancun. Probably the least expensive place in the Carribean.
Visit isla-mujeres.net
On the tool bar on the left click on places to stay. We would recommend Norte Beach Condos for families.
The web sight has a very active message board with lots of help available.

This may not work for you, but key suggestion in the Caribbean is to switch the dates to after Easter, rates drop a lot then

Look at Timothy Beach Resort in St. Kitts. It's a condominium hotel directly on the Caribbean Beach. www.timothybeachresort.com

How about a villa at Tryall - would run you much less than $1,000 per person.
