Cardiac care?

Does anyone know of an island hospital which offers a cardiac care unit?

I know that you can get at least limited care in St Kitts. They have an ICU, are able to do echo's and they have a Medical Air-Lift Service that will fly someone to Puerto Rico or Miami for further treatment.

Grenada has a medical school, so I imagine that at least one hospital there would have a cardiac unit.

Puerto Rico also has major hospitals.

Beyond what Puerto RIco can handle, patients would have to be airlifted to the mainland.

Thanks, everyone.

(There is no cardiac care in Aruba. They airlift cardiac patients to Venezuela.)

Jamaica.. but in Kingston, so likely if you were in the MoBay or Negril areas, they'd probably simply airlift you to Miami.

Barbados has a well staffed, well equipped cardiac unit plus ICU and several well qualified cardiologists.
