Cap Juluca Private Pick-up?

We have booked Cap Juluca for our Honeymoon in May. Wondering if it is worth it to book the private boat pick-up to take us from St Maarten to Cap? I love the idea of not having to wait but just wonder how prompt and private this service really is? Thanks!

We have used in along with the executive arrival service. It is wonderful. We did not see our bags after we checked in at JFK. They wait outside the arrivals area with a Cap Juluca sign, have you sit inside the arrival area, take your passports and bag claim tickets, they check you in, then escort you over to the boat waiting across the street. Within a few minutes your luggage arrives and you go to Blowing Point, where you must check in to Anguilla. Get back in the boat and arrive at CJ. Your bags are delivered to your room while you check in. On the return, they are waiting on the dock in St. Maarten, take your bags off the boat and put you in a van and drive over to the check in area. They ask you to wait. They check you and your bags in and then escort you to the security area. It is worth every dime!!! Have a wonderful honeymoon and enjoy CJ!!

I am going to Cap Juluca with my husband in March and I can't bring myself to pay the $580 to get a private boat. For $120.00, you get the same executive service (including not seeing your bags the WHOLE way). The only difference is that you have to board the St. Martin ferry with everyone else and then get to the hotel once you get on the Anguilla side.
I would rather use the $460 for something else.

I have an addition from my last post. The executive service is $120 no matter what boat you take but the St. Martin/Anguilla ferry is only $10.00 pp per trip so you are really saving $540.00.

Don't forget the taxi charges to the ferry.

I prefer flying from SXM to AXA.
TransAnguilla is great, they meet you in the immigration, pick up your bags and take you straight out to the plane.

Cost of charter is $450, or you can do a shared charter, which brings the price down.

That would be AWESOME to fly but my husband is already scared to fly so I think staying on the ground would be the best bet!
