Can't Decide???
 

Hi, My husband and I are considering going to an all-inclusive in March with our two teenage daughters. We don't know what to look for in an all-inclusive. I really want to have two bedrooms, do they exist??? Also, must be clean....any tips would be greatly appreciated. Where should we go....etc....Thank you so much Ptm

There are a few AIs with big suites, but you'll probably do better just booking 2 separate rooms and asking for adjoining rooms. Most of the resorts are clean. I guess if you could give us a bit more information about what you are looking for in a destination that would help. There are a lot of AIs in both Jamaica and the DR, but these island's don't appeal to everyone. I do like Negril. And then there is Mexico, which has many wonderful AIs both in the Caribbean and on the Pacific coast. From Canada, you can also get great deals to Cuba.

Hi and thank you. I guess we don't know where to look??? We were thinking of going to Punta Cana and I guess my question is...what are some of the better resorts? We are looking for a relaxing vacation where we can swim, read and have some good food. Thanks again Ptm

There's so much going on in Punta Cana right now that I can't tell you about most of the new upscale resorts. I have stayed at the Iberostar, which I like (I believe that the Iberostar Bavaro now has some family suites, so that might be a possibility for you). Punta Cana Resort is nice, especially if you stick with the upscale villas, but it's not totally all-inclusive; it does, however, have the best beach because it's actually on the Caribbean side of the peninsula, and just the Club Med is next door, not the endless string of large resorts.

We stayed at the Grand Palladium in Punta Cana and they actually had units that can accommodate up to eight people. For example, a Junior Suite connecting to a Deluxe Room. We also stayed at the Iberostar Bavaro Suites, but that only had one bathroom. With two teenage daughters, two bathrooms would be better.
