Can you recommend a 3BR hillside villa in St. Bart?
 

Hi all,
Three couples are looking for a 3BR Villa with private pool and housekeeping service in St. Bart. Gorgeous ocean view a must, walking/biking to beach (Flamands or St. Jean) preferred. Wouldn't mind being a very short cab ride away from great restaurants and shopping, too! Looking forward to any recommendations; thanks in advance.

In my research for my last trip to St. Barts, this villa kept coming up with stellar reviews. It's on my short list if I ever return with two couples:

We are familiar with the villa that Maggi mentioned. Yes it has a small plunge pool, Jacuzzi and really nice harbor views from the deck but not really the separate houses. The location is such that you have to drive to the beach or dining. The owner lives next door.
Flamands Blue Villa www.stbartsvilla.com 3br, 2.5 villa with really pretty views of Flamands Bay off the 2 terraces, where you can just walk down the hillside to the nicest beach on the island, along with restaurants or spa and tennis in the Hotel Isle de France along with another Flamands Beach Hotel. The location is really great and this villa is perfectly maintained by the owner who rents it directly, most often to single couples, but 2 or 3 as well. The pricing looks to make it an excellent value, esp. when compared to the hotels below where many rooms down below without an ocean view.
