Bucuti - Tara wing
 

Does the ground floor of the Tara wing have suites on either end? We always like a corner room but I think I remember reading that the corner rooms on the ground floor were reserved for their concierge services.

Hmmm..

I have to say they both looked like 'real rooms' to me, we stayed on the ground floor and both said that we were glad we didn't have the corner room - right hand side as you look at the building from the beach, since the main path is right outside that room.

We stayed the second in from the other end and thought the position perfect - nobody walking anywhere near the room except the guests next door and the man who cleans the beach :-)

When are you thinking of going?

We're already booked for Labor Day week. People passing our room never bothers us - we prefer a corner room because it usually adds a side view and feels more open, less confined. Before Tara was built, we stayed in the corner room on the first floor of the Bucuti wing and liked that location a lot.

Labor Day is that the holiday in September?? :-D

It's funny I was trying to remember if the Tara Suites actually had windows on the side of the building and I really can't, we only used the side entrance once.

The rest of the time we exited directly from our room to head to the beach or through the reception to leave the hotel.

The corner rooms are available to stay in, I don't think we saw windows on the side though. We have gone to Bucuti over the last 2 Labor day weeks.
