Breezes Runaway Bay or Sandals Ocho Rios?
Please help me decide. we are taking a trip with another couple in September all of us are 30ish. We know we want jamaica and know we want all-inclusive. We are looking for somehting around $1200/person for a week inluding the airfare from St. Louis. So far we have it narrowed down to Breezes Runaway Bay or Sandals Ocho Rios (both are within our price range. We have been to Sandals before adn loved it. Went to Cancun Palace last year to AI and hated it. Main reasons were lack of activites (water sports crazy pool games, disco etc) and lack of food choice (only 2 restaurants). Sandals ocho rios looks better for food and restaurants; Breezes better for activities. Which do you think we should go with? any others? We wanted to do either Grand lido Braco or Sandals montego Bay but both were out of our price range.

A) Try super surprise ++ which will get you a grand lido resort at a very low cost, at the very least get a quote from www.discount-all-inclusive.com . Delete Mo Bay and Hedo II.

B) To answer your original question I would go to Sandals because you can take advantage of Sandals Dunns River and possibly Beaches Plantation also in Ocho Rios.

Hi: My husband and I have been to Sandals Resorts and SuperClubs. The one thing that we found with the Sandals is that it is only couples and many of them are newlyweds. My husbands big thing is "You can't find a single guy to shoot a game of pool with because they are all attached to their new wives hips." I found the superclubs a little more social when looking for people to just hang with. Just my opinion.

WE WERE AT BREEZES RUNAWAY BAY IN MARCH, OUR FIRST TRIP TO JAMAICA. NEVER BEEN TO A SANDALS, BUT I HAVE TO AGREE WITH PRIOR POST FROM WHAT I HAVE READ, BETTER FOOD BUT COUPLES ORIENTED, BRB WAS GREAT FUN, LOTS TO DO, MANY SINGLES. THE FOOD IS OK, BUT THE ACTIVITIES AND BEACH ARE GREAT, IT GETS MY VOTE, IT IS SUCH A FUN PLACE. AND YES LOOK AT A SUPERSURPRISE + OR ++, WE DID THE + AND ENJOYED A GREAT SAVINGS, THERE ARE SOME SPECIALS GOING, CHECK WITH AGENTS.
