has anyone had any success booking trips such as these online?

I booked airline tickets for 8 people thru Travel.Com - Dulles to Ft. Lauderdale. Very easy <BR>no problems.

We booked Aruba in January through MCM Tours and they were just fantastic! Will definitely use them in again in the future. <BR> <BR>http://www.aruba4u.com/ <BR> <BR>

Used Airlines.com for 2 trips plus car rental to Canada and 1 trip to St. Thomas. Good prices, excellent service. <BR>They only have E Ticketing but no problem when checking in.

we have been booking flights on Travelocity on a fairly regular basis for a year or so now without any problems - have even found some real deals this way by fooling around with travel dates, etc. We have also booked hotel reservations with them without problems.
