Best tropical vacation in September???

From what I'm reading, September is hurricane season in the Caribbean. Where will weather be the best for my husband and I to vacay in September or October? Looking at Belize/Costa Rica, Fiji/Bora Bora, or Hawaii.
Want beautiful beaches with adventurous activity options.

I'm pretty sure Belize/Costa Rica has that same situation, not hurricanes per say but it's hot and the rain season, right?

Hawaii is lovely and would be my pick. The weather there varies more by which side of the various islands you are on as much as the month of the year.

Don't know a thing about Fiji/BoraBora.

Fiji and Bora Bora would have similar weather to Hawaii and be better than the Caribbean, Belize or Costa Rica.

OK. If one of my choices was actually Fiji or Bora Bora. There would be absolutely no question of where to go.

The best time to go to Belize/Costa Rica would be May, early June or early November to miss all their rainy season. (So I have read)

We went to Hawaii in a Febraury and had some horrible weather. I'm sure it would be better in September.

I think in any tropical destination there's always a chance of some rain. I don't think I've ever been in Hawaii where it didn't rain at least a couple times during my stay.

But that's not like going (for example) to Puerto Vallarta in September where you know for sure you're walking into the height of the "rainy season" plus HOT and HUMID to boot.

I agree with KVR....if I ever had even the slightest chance to go to the south pacific, there is zero doubt that is where I would want to go. For now...it will have to stay on the bucker list!!
