If you could only eat one or two meals at a nice restaurant which would you choose for seafood?

Susan, <BR>We had a really wonderful dinner at Lantana's - Small with excellent service and wonderful seafood. Don't miss the chocolate souffle for dessert -we were there 2 years ago and I still haven't forgotten that dessert! We're going again Feb. 26th and we can't wait. Sipry

The restaurant at the Hyatt, I think it's called Hemingway's. Also, Benjamins Roof was excellent. We never had a bad meal on the island.
