I've used Apple, Funjet, and Vacation Express. They were all good. The only thing about VE is they stopped in Sanford, FL (that was their hub). I don't know if they do that anymore. With Apple and Funjet, you use scheduled airline. Can be better if you have mechanical problems.

We use aavacations (American Airlines) and Continental Vacations online for the Caribbean because they also offer insurance. Maybe Mexicana Airlines and Aeromexico also have packages if they service your area. You can always compare prices with the other suggestions.
