Best/most luxurious Luxury resort on Grace bay

Reposting this so I can tag T&C, which i didn't do before. We are looking to convince some friends to travel w us to t&c. We stayed at the viceroy on Anguilla last yr and want something of that caliber. Stayed at the regent palms several yrs ago and it was wonderful- but they seem to always require a week stay and we can't stay that long. Like the sound of the grace bay club but seems the family side isn't as nice as the adult only side.Is that true? Looking for gorgeous rooms and service. Great food at the hotel a definite plus. I understand T&C has some great restaurants which we have been to and we will go to as well , but will be with kids, so looking for a hotel with some good room service too. Thanks for the help!

Forgive me, I personally love Meridian Club, but if Viceroy is what they're looking for, Meridian is not.

Rooms are basic, feels like a club (dinner certain hours for example, they announce when to come eat) and post says less than a week so no other dinning options or exploring.

Meridian is terrific for a get away from it all experience, but I don't think it's what Emcash is looking for.

I think Grace Bay Club Estates would fit the bill, or Seven Stars, both would be closer to Viceroy type experience.

Regent Palms & Somerset would be my choices--love both. Regent Palms does NOT require a week stay, FYI .
We also have looked at Grace Bay Club Estates- nice!
Also to add to the above, Meridian Club is NOT on Grace Bay

Thanks Blamona and Caribzack for always being so helpful with my T&C questions. Grace Bay Estates looks amazing, but they seem to only have a junior suite or 3 bedroom suite option- nothing in between? Would you consider seven stars to be in the same category as Regent Palms and GBC?

Regent Palms is a step up...I remember you loving it years ago..I'd stay there of your choices!

I have a call into them Caribzack- their website doesn't seem to have 2015 updated yet. Thank you!

I personally find Seven Stars to be in the same category, all are fairly equal in luxury, etc. GBEstates is the only step up.

I thought they had different configurations? Must be owners are keeping them all to themselves?

Regent Palms is still what you remember it being

Seven Stars is just as nice and centrally located.

Can't go wrong with any of these choices

Thank you Blamona ! I am going to call GBE and see if they have any smaller units that may not be advertised.

Here's another question- would you consider Grace Bay Villas (Not the estates) the same level as Regent Palms/Seven Stars /Somerset? I know the estates are spectacular, just not sure the families would want to stay in the same unit and 3 or 4 bedrooms are the only options other than a room.

I do

I have left 2 messages with Regent palms and sent an email and cannot seem to get someone to call me back. Very frustrating!

T&C had a horrible tropical storm about two weeks ago. Not sure everything is completely back to normal.

Call or email Val at turksandcaicos reservations.com.

By booking thru them, they live on island and can contact all the resorts for you

The Venetian ... how has no one mentioned it yet. You can see the info about it at http://www.myvacationpages.com/detai...n-on-grace-bay. Can't book there, but you can go to their website to find out the booking options.

Venetian is not a "Full" service Resort , more self catering, no restaurant & far East with not much nearby.

WWK Sep 10th, 2014 06:24 PM

I mentioned The Venetian in the OP's other post, but seems like they are looking for a resort with full services. I still think it is one of the best deals/resorts on Grace Bay. I actually prefer the location b/c the beach is so uncrowded!

Thank you all- we are definitely looking for a full service resort and a resort in close proximity to the restaurants
