Best Island in July

Wondering which island is the safest bet in July as far as weather goes. Maybe there's no difference. Please advise a concerned honeymoon planner. Thanks!

Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao are outside the hurricane belt.

I agree - those islands are below the hurricane belt. Aruba is a safe bet.

I think it makes no difference. There is no such thing as being outside the hurricane belt if you look over a long enough time. We have spent over 30 years going to the Caribbean in July and August with very little trouble. You do look at the weather pattern before you leave. I like this period as the water temperature is at its highest and the rates are at their lowest with very few people around. If you deal directly with people you are flexible. If you go through people in the middle your money can be in concrete. The clue is to be flexible and know the area.
