There were only 5 resorts in the Caribbean which received very outstanding ratings in the new T&amp;L:<BR><BR>Four Seasons Nevis<BR>Cap Juluca<BR>Biras Creek<BR>Peter Island<BR>Little Dix Bay<BR><BR><BR>Others made the list but ratings were quite a bit lower (considering that 5-8 points is a large difference in their system).
