Best buy in Feb?

I know, it is the worst time to look for any kind of bargain, but...any opinions on which is likely to be the best buy during the dreaded President's Day (week) vacation in February? (Leaving from Detroit area)

2 adults, 2 teenagers (13, 17)
Been to Eleuthra, Grand Cayman, St. Thomas, Bahamas, St. Martin, and Jamaica. Not against going back to any of those, but very open to other ideas if they would be a (relative) good deal.

Will never cruise again during that week-it was a zoo.

We have found the best bang-for-your-buck trips on packages that include charter airfare. Check funjet.com or applevacations.com.

Thanks. My big challenge is where...maybe I'll be able to find a human at apple or funjet who can help.

I don't know that you'll get any good deals during Presidents week. Unless they've changed, Apple Vacations used to only deal with TA's. You had mentioned you'd been to Jamaica before, but would go back. The Rockhouse is a good value. Kind of a bohemian type of place, but it's a favorite of many. Lots of tropical gardens. A samller property. Lots of rocky cliffs and grottos, but there's lots to do. They have a 60 foot infinity pool as there's no formal beach, yoga classes are held every morning, there's snorkeling. www.rockhousehotel.com.

try cheapcaribbean.com, travelzoo, orbitz expedia travelocity sidestep. These sites are good to get an idea of where you may want to go. What about planning your own trip outside a resort to some place you've never been?
