Best all-inclusive in Negril?
We are planning to be married in Negril in early September and can't decide where we want to stay. We thought we had narrowed it down to Sandals Negril or the Grand Lido but are still open to suggestions of those who have been to others. Any comments on the comparison of Sandals Negril to Grand Lido would be most appreciated!

Take a look at couples Negril, I have put several weddings together at this resort for one great reason, excellent, sandals will not give you a private ceremony, so you could have guests watching you get married in the bathing suits and the guests will not have private dining, they wait in line with everyone else, Grand Lido is also nice..just a suggestion.www.couples.com

The best isn't an All Inclusive. It is the Charela Inn. Take their food plan as they have the most incredible restaurant on the island. You can probably get their most expensive rooms, meal plan, and still come out ahead of the AI. The menu varies wonderfully, so you'll never be bored. The live entertainment is first rate and sometimes surprising (Most romantic night of our trip last May was on Jazz night -- fabulous meal, superior service and wonderful sounds) Plus you will feel you've been pampered and treated to a far more personal degree than you can at an AI. Their staff is by far the most wonderful, thoughtful and amazing group of people I've found ANYWHERE. The rooms have recently been done over and they are quite luxurious (which some of the AIs don't even approximate).

I recently got married in Jamaica. We went to Grand Lido Negril, which is owned by Superclubs.
Negril has one of the best beaches in the world-per the Travel Channel.
Grand Lido is a beautiful resort that has won many rewards. The rooms are set up in groupings of about 10 rooms across two stories high. That way, you don’t feel like you’re staying in a high rise hotel.
They also have a lovely wedding gazebo right on the ocean’s edge.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed it.
