best all inclusive

I'm planning a vacation for my family next february and would like opinions on an all inclusive resort. My children are 10 and 14., both are girls. My husband likes something a bit upscale. Are there any like that. thanks for your help.

From my research on this board, it seems Jumby Bay is a favorite All-Inclusive among Fodorites. It's located on a private island off the coast of Antigua. I recently booked my first trip there for this coming April, so I cannot give you a first-hand opinion on it. Others on this board are more well-informed. But from what I've read, it's quite upscale and probably has the best food for an All-Inclusive.

You can find a lot of information on Jumby by doing a search on this board. Also check out their website: www.jumbybayresort.com

Also look at Anse Chastenet in St Lucia.

I love St. Lucia and have stayed at several resorts. Most recently, we spent a day at Windjammer Landing, a villa resort with an all inclusive option. We only used the beach and saw the restaurant and bar but it could be an option. The villas are really pretty.

Jalousie also has villas.

We stay at adult AI's so I know less about family resorts.
