I think you mean Bequia, which is in the Grenadines. You might try to repost with the correct spelling.

Bequia is a great island and there are some very nice rental villas available, but I found that many are already rented for this coming February.

I would recomend the Frangipanni. It centrally located and lively. Don't expect A/C in any of the hotels from what I could tell, but that was fine with us----we were there in July.
