Beaches wedding

Has anyone ever had or been to a wedding at the Beaches resort on Turks & Caicos? Any suggestions/thoughts?

Beaches is a nice resort but not so sure for a wedding as it is very family oriented and there will be tons of kids running around.

Hi there,

I strongly suggest you dont go to BEACHES for your wedding. i live here in Turks and Caicos and know that it is not the most romantic place for a wedding. The island itself is though... stay at Ocean Club or the Sands. You'd be way happier!

I dont like giving out my e-mail so write back here and I will respond.

We stood up for a couple who was getting married there. It was a very nice cermony. They did it late in the day (which I highly recommend - I was too married in the islands and it is far cooler and less people about), on the beach by the bridge by Schooners. It was personal and lovely. The cake they gave was small but cute - enough for four people and the flowers were nicely arranged. They did not take enough pictures in my opinion though.

HAve a great time and CONGRATS!!!!!!!
