Beaches Resort.
Has anyone been to Beaches Negril recently?

Is it nice? Is a good family resort for children ages 6 & 9? Is the resort plush with lots of flowers and shrubs etc?
What are the pools like?
What is the nightly entertainment like?

It is a great resort. Lot of thing for the kids to do, the pool is large and the food is very good. The grounds are very nice and manicured.

I stayed there last summer and would def. go back- it's all about the kids there and the beach is fantastic. Pool is big with swim up bar. There is a mexican type (tex mex?) restaurant and a game room for the kids. Have fun. It's very lush- and nice- but not plush in a super fancy way like say a Ritz Carlton- more family style.

We went there this July and did not enjoy the resorst that much. We previously stayed at Beaches T&C and thought it was a pretty good resort. This time, we found the staff indifferent and unfriendly, food was boring and just so so. The beach was pretty and nice, but overall it was not a great vacation. We will not go back there.

I stayed there before. I thought is was the most beautiful resort I have ever stayed. It is set up with lots of 3 floor buildings, and flowers and plants between each. I thought is was great. There is a saga centre for the kids, and thier own pool, with a swim up pool bar that serves pop. The beach is amazing.

I was quoted a pretty good rate for this resort. But we don't have kids.
Are all the activites kids related?
I don't mind kids, but would it not be
relaxing for a couple without them?
