bavaro princess
has anyone stayed at Bavaro Princess recently? Please tell me about your trip
|
Hi Trish,
Did anyone respond and if you went, how was it? We may be headed there. Thanks, Linda |
Hi Trish,
My husband and I just returned from Punta Canta and stayed at the Bavaro Princess. The hotel is beautiful, you will enjoy it. But I must warn you about something, it is a vacation club that is at the hotel. It is called Royal Holiday. Please do not get mixed up in it. They lie about what hotels are available, did not tell us that you have to pay additional price of $90.00 US dollars per night per adult, to stay at their hotels, you have to pay your airfare and transfers to and from the hotel. Plus once you sign up there is no cancellation policy. It is ran by an American named Steve. Watch out for a salesman named Victor, he is a real smooth talker and a flirt. Tell all of your friends to be careful. I don't want another American to be !#%&* over. |
Hey Trish
Just got back from the DR on the 22nd of Sept, stayed at the Bavaro Princess. Was fantastic. Make sure you get the Platinum package. It lets you into all the other properties without a hassle. Down town life is limited, but with what goes on at the resort you stay pretty busy. The service was great, food and rooms were excellent. Can't wait to go back next year. Total package for two with airfare was $2500.00 USD. That included the upgrade to Platinum. Have fun John |
I'm going in November. How do you purchase the Platinum option and how much per person? Apple Vacations did not have it as an option. Thanks, Kristy

You can upgrade to platinum when you check in, but your TA should be able to get it added beforehand.
Some feel it's worth it, some think not. Enjoy Bavaro Princess, have been there four times. And never was bothered with any time share sales things. |
