back to TCI, for 3rd time...
 

At this point, it's safe to call it a family tradition! We love the Providenciales long sandy beaches and the weather, among many other attractions. And, for the 3rd we are staying at the Sands. We were all times happy (enough) to personally thank Sophia with booking there. Very accommodating and they even gave us a break on prices...We will be travelling there on June 28, and staying until July 12. If anyone of the fodorites here will be at TCI during the same time, and willing/able to connect there, please feel free to drop a line here so we can arrange accordingly! :)

blamona: At the risk of sounding like I am 'sucking up' I have to say that your knowledge of the islands/life/renting/food/restaurants/etc has been instrumental in our decision to come back to TCI for a 3rd time. At this point we decided that this will be our family tradition to at least every other year (if not every year) go there for a couple of weeks! Our kids love the Sands (and the personnel remember them by name!!!) and in general the beach is gorgeous. My 4 year old...remembers well ...enough to ask...when are we going back to turks and caicos dad? I reply: check with mom, her schedule is more ...restricting...to which she says...dad, i want to go back to the turks and caicos...and what's restricting?! :)

We've taken my now 12 year old for years, and have also taken her other places (including Atlantis)

Hello Val (and the rest of the crew :) ). It was great meeting you too, and we enjoyed the time spent, especially enjoyed your talents!
The two bright spots of our stay, 4th of July at the Regent Palms on the beach party, and the TA get together! We will most certainly keep in touch, and I am sure, when we finish our trip report, we'll get to hear from others...Our trip this time was not even close to be...enjoyable, unfortunately. But, we will be reporting in detail.
