Bachelorette Trip To Puerto Rico in June. Any Ideas??

Hi,

I am planning my friend's bachelorette trip to Puerto Rico and I would like to know where is the best area to stay if you want to party and have access to good restaurants? I have never been to Puerto Rico so I am at a complete loss right now.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I would suggest looking at either Condado and Isla Verde. The Renaissance in Condado would be a good choice for a bachelorette trip as well as El San Juan Hotel in Isla Verde.

I agree with Tom42 above. I would stay in either Condado or Isla Verde. I would say that Condado is more centrally located and closer to Old San Juan if you want to go there one night for dinner & drinks. La Concha is a great hotel with good nightlife, good restaurants, and a casino in Condado. Right across the street is a restaurant called Budatai you definitely have to eat there! I have only really gone out for nightlife in the hotels, La Concha, El San Juan, and Intercontinental. Other restaurants I recommend are: Dragonfly, Parrot Club, Baru, which are all in Old San Juan.

I stayed at El San Juan Hotel this past December and it was pretty popular for nightlife, not only with guests but also with locals. The lobby is beautiful and so is the pool area. It's about a 20 minute cab ride from El San Juan (which is in Isla Verde) to Old San Juan. There are also restaurants in the Isla Verde and Cornado area (Cornado is between Isla Verde and Old San Juan). Metropol (cuban food) is just down the street from the hotel and is quite popular, so I'd recommend reservations.

I don't think Metropol takes reservations.
