Aruba Marriott Surf Club: $6000 2BR???
 

Thinking of going to Aruba for the last 2 weeks in January, 2006. I saw an ad today for a 2BR condo @ Marriott Aruba Surf Club for $6000. Is the guy dreaming???(This was not direct through Marriott but through a Timeshare owner)
Seems outrageous to me...what do you think???

Thats two weeks in a two bedroom condo? That is about 400. per night for a two bedroom. I don't think that is too bad. The hotel will charge you about 350 per night for king bed with a bath.

No...it's about $857 per night....$12000 for 2 weeks...$6000 per week.

Oh that is a different story. Yes that is a lot of cash for two weeks!!!!!!I would not spend that for two weeks in aruba. Sorry.
There are many other timeshares for rent in aruba. The Marriott Ocean club is a little older than the surf club and very nice. Go to aruba-bb.com I believe they have time shares listed for rent. You can ask the people who post there also. Many own a different resorts.
