Aruba Marriott

Does anyone know the email address for the person to contact at the Marriott for good service and upgrades? Also, what is the best rental car service you can connect with right at the airport that is not overpriced.

Huh?
Where did you hear of a person who arranges upgrades and better service via e-mail?

Where..By reading this thread and trip reports on other sites. Who... He works at the Marriott. Why...because he was highly recommended. By the way, have YOU ever stayed at this resort?

You might want to email Mark @The Marriott. He is director of facilities and probably knows the person you are looking to make contact with. His email is: [email protected]

Every one has their favorite car rental place, just as they do restaurants, so you may get multiple answers on this one. Ours is Tropic Car Rental- http://www.tropiccarrent-aruba.com/
Hey Sam, I doubt you'll find someone who upgrades random guests who simply send an e-mail and ask for an upgrade.
Different if you're an Honored Guest member or something. But They're not going to just upgrade people in advance simply because they ask. If they did that, soon everyone would ask, then they couldn't upgrade people if they wanted to.

Sam-
You will find that there is alot of negative people on this forum. I haven't been on this for a while, and found that things certainly have NOT changed.

I don't know the answer to that question, but I do know that usually, you can get upgraded once you get there.

We usually purchase a Standard room and then get upgraded to an oceanview room.
However, that depends on whether it is there off season or not.

If it is there busy time, it is likely that they will be completely booked up.

Thank you to HOPE and S for adult answers, something that is hard to find on this site. Yes Nan, I am an Honered Guest and a Rewards member. I also get upgrades and comps at other establishments which I frequent. Mark @ the Marriott is exactly the person I was looking for. Again thank you
