Aruba honeymoon trip report
Our honeymoon trip report has been posted at http://www.mightymac.org/aruba We stayed 6 nights at the Radisson Resort, where we were generously upgraded to an 1,100 sq ft suite. Sitting on the balcony in the morning was one of my favorite things on the trip. The last two mornings, there were even rainbows.
Other highlights included the ABC Jeep Tour http://www.mightymac.org/aruba/10aruba03.htm SNUBA on the wreck of the German freighter Antilla http://www.mightymac.org/aruba/10aruba13.htm and the Submarine Atlantis Tour http://www.mightymac.org/aruba/10aruba16.htm
My three favorite meals came during the last half of our vacation. They were at Amazonia, Zeerover, and the Screaming Eagle. They couldn't be much more different from each other, but those are the Aruba restaurants that I would be most likely to visit again.

I just finished your Honeymoon Aruba tour and it was excellent! I enjoyed every photo and every paragraph. My boyfriend and I are planning on honeymooning in Aruba and are thinking of staying at the Bucuti down on Eagle Beach but that part is still up for adjustment. Congrats to you and Linda and many more happy trips!

I just read your report - what great timing! I am headed to Aruba next week - traveling solo as husband will be on a hunting trip - I will use some of your recommendations on dining and touring. Thanks.

Just to update...I had a rocky start - torrential rain for the first 48 hours and the B and B (in Saveneta)I checked into had no hot water. After 2 days I moved to the Westin on Palm Beach, the sun came out, I snorkeled, sailed and parasailed! Now husband wants to go with me next December so we are looking for some travel deals. I am 63 and traveled solo - felt completely safe walking around the high rise area. The staff at the Westin was wonderful! Love love love Aruba.
