We are collectors. We've been to 14 of the islands in the 'topics' box above, 3 more than once. I like new experiences, and being able to know the islands when people discuss them.

Hmmm...I guess both, depending on if it's Hawaii or the Caribbean. We've been to Hawaii 4 times over the last 4 years. We've been to all of the major islands at least twice. In the Caribbean, we've been to Aruba, Anguilla, Provo, and Bermuda...but only once each. We're trying Grand Cayman in December. We've loved all the Caribbean islands we've been to (especially Anguilla) and I'm sure we'll visit them all again at some point.

I WOULD SAY WE ARE SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN. IT IS NICE WHEN YOU CAN COUNT ON CONSISTENCY;HOWEVER GOOD TO TRY NEW PLACES AS WELL. I REPEAT VISITS UNTIL SOMETHING AT THE PLACE MAKES ME NOT WANT TO RETURN. FOR EXAMPLE, SERVICE, FOOD QUALITY; ROOM CLEANLINESS (OR "TIRED DECOR&quot OF COURSE, MEMORIES OF A PREVIOUS TRIP ALWAYS MAKE YOU LONG TO RETURN TO A PLACE IF THEY HAVE BEEN POSITIVE ONES.

As you know, I'm still 'collecting'. It sounds like at one point, you were collecting also.

Just had a wonderful time in Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The Mayan Riviera is beautiful and very affordable so that's the lure there.

I will repeat that area although maybe not the same towns.

And I look forward to returning to Grand Cayman [hopefully to the Reef]and Turks & Caicos, although there I'd like to visit Grand Turk next [Provo last time].

Grenada is on my list since so many love it. So, Grenada, St. John & Hawaii for sure and others I hear of along the way...

sadly my money and time are finite so I can't yet go quite as often as I'd like...some day.

Trish
