Any way to get to a casino from Tortola?

I'm trying to get my husband interested in going to Tortola. It looks wonderful to me. However, he says he'd like to go somewhere with a casino. Are there any island ferries to places with at least one casino from Tortola so that I could satisfy him and maybe get to go there? Any help appreciated!

Suzie,
Not that I know of.
If your husband is interested in going someplace with a casino, try Aruba.
If that type of activity is important to him, I don't know that he would enjoy Tortola. It's pretty laid back.
The Bahamas also have large casinos, but you get very little island flavor with them.
I have not been to Aruba - too commerical for me - but a lot of posters RAVE about it...

No casinos in BVI--casinos in Puerto Rico, Aruba, St. Maarten and one at the Allegro Resort in Provo Turks & Caicos. Also St. James Club and the Royal Antiguan in Antigua have a casino.

Tortola is so laid back, it makes me wonder if someone who really wants a casino would be apt to enjoy Tortola. A casino would really be out of place on Tortola, there's almost no night life, and accomodations are pretty simple, even rustic.
No criticism whatever of casinos, but might there not be a personality clash here that suggest your husband might find Tortola tedious?
