It depends whether you're looking for an all-inclusive or not. I stay often at Enchanted Garden and love it. Club Jamaica is good too for a moderate a/i.
I've heard good things about Jamaica Grande and also the Hibiscus Lodge as
well. I've never stayed in Mo'Bay, but
would venture to say that Ocho Rios is
nicer in terms of natural attractions and beauty.

Villa in Jamica The "villa on the green" is on the north coast of jamaica just 15mins from the poplar tourist town of Ocho
Rios and also a short drive from the famous Dunns River Falls. Not on a beach but within walking distance
and a short drive to many beaches. We are also ideally placed with good roads and transport for access to
many attractions and activities as well as good restaurants and clubs. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms
one has en-suite facilities and there is hot/cold running water, shower/bath, fully fitted kitchen including
microwave and fridge, satelitte television ,fans and all utensils and linen. Housed on a private residential
complex very well laid out gardens and lush green surroundings with a nature trail and free flowing spring
running alongside site. There is 24hour manned security, adult full size pool, heated jacuzzi, tennis court,
pool loungers, and a gazebo, We have many attractive packages and special rates to suite groups, singles
families short or long stay and many honeymoon couples. WE sleep 2-6, Our rates start as low as $18US
per person per night depending on numbers in group. We still have vacancies for october with a special late availablity offer of 7 nights fore the price of 6 or 14 nights for the cost of 10 i.e. 2 adults 7 nights $540 or for 14 nights $900
hope this is useful, please feel free to contact us should you require any further information.
hyacinth

depending upon the type of property and the type of trip that you're looking for, you can't go wrong in looking at the Sandals properties.
Sandals Ocho RIos is currently 'on sale' and is a beautiful resort, as is the Dunns River property.
Sandals Royal Jamaican in MoBay is a lovely property, well situated and very nice as well.
Ocho Rios and MoBay ....2 different areas, 2 different paces....different types of resorts and surrpoundings with a very different list of places to go and things to see.
Really doesnt matter though...you'll be in Jamaica !

We stayed at the Jamaica Grande last October and would definitely stay there again. It is very close to Dunns River Falls which is a must see in Jamaica. The rooms were clean, food was good and we loved the nightly entertainment shows. The only drawback was the beach was not as beautiful as Seven Mile Beach in Negril.
