Anguilla without Children

My husband and I are a 60+ year old couple.
We are making plans for our early December vacation. We won't be going during any school holiday periods. We are looking for a hotel or resort with less children. Don't get me wrong, I have 2 adult kids and 1 fabulous 4 year old grandson and when we travel with them our we look for child friendly locations. Now we're looking for adult friendly hotels or resorts.
We've been told us that Cuisinart can be overrun with children because kids are free in the room with parents. Is that true?

Thanks for the help.

Cap Juluca will have the least amount of children, although CuisinArt had quite a few children while I was there, they were well behaved. I hope this helps.

Thanks, yes it does help. We stayed at Ku this past year but we would like to try another hotel next winter.

JuneAnn, Could I ask you how you liked the ku this past year? I would like to know about the food, the beach, proximity to everything, and how late does the bar stay open? Also did you love the rooms? Thanks so much!

We stayed at ku in December and had very mixed feelings about it. It is not a grand, deluxe resort. It is a fairly small 3 star property. The rooms are very large. The bed was great and the kitchen is new. The bathroom is very small and not well
updated. We had a leak for days. The food was OK, not better. Lunch was better than dinner and breakfast was skimpy and costly. The bar was not open late which was very inconvenient. As far as location it would depend on what you're looking for. We rented a car and drove to the west end of the island almost daily for dinner. We love the restaurants of Anguilla. I hope this is helpful.
